Aleksandra Luković, Attorney

Aleksandra Luković was born in Kraljevo, where she completed her primary education, and then attended Gymnasium in Raška. After finishing high school, she enrolled in the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade.
Upon completing her studies, she chose a career in law and gained extensive experience as a trainee at the law firm Đorđević-Vasiljević-Bogdanović, primarily dealing with civil and criminal law, as well as representing clients before competent judicial and administrative authorities. Her years of traineeship under attorney Aleksandra Luković fostered a team spirit, a high degree of dedication and responsibility in work, and excellent communication with clients and parties, both domestic and foreign.
After passing the judicial and bar exams, in 2014, she began her independent legal career, collaborating with other law offices. In her first year of practice, she focused on tax law and representing clients before relevant authorities. From 2015 to 2017, as part of the team and an external associate of the law firm Vasiljević – Bogdanović, she mainly represented individuals in criminal and civil proceedings, which remains her specialty to this day.
Dedication, responsibility, and efficiency, as common traits, led to the collaboration between attorney Aleksandra Luković and the law office Guberina – Marinkov. In 2020, she became part of the office’s legal team, where she has fully specialized and achieved outstanding results in representing clients in civil and criminal cases, both before domestic courts and the European Court of Human Rights, where she has successfully represented a large number of clients. Notably, she has achieved remarkable success, securing over two hundred favorable judgments before the European Court of Human Rights.
In addition to the mentioned qualities, her creativity in work and representation, coupled with unquestionable knowledge and experience, have led to numerous successes jointly signed by attorney Aleksandra Luković and the law office Guberina – Marinkov.
