Dejan Čavić, Of Counsel

Born in Belgrade, where he completed his primary and secondary education, after which he enrolled at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.
Upon completing his studies, he gained extensive experience working primarily as a legal trainee in renowned law firms in Belgrade. After passing the bar exam in 2005, he founded his own law office.
From 2005 to 2016, independently and in collaboration with other law firms, he established himself as a top attorney in the fields of commercial, corporate, civil, administrative, and labor law. Concurrently, he also specialized as a representative in public procurement procedures, consumer rights protection, personal data protection, and intellectual property.
Mr. Čavić’s exceptional work ethic and achievements in corporate law have recommended him to top corporations such as “A1 Serbia doo Belgrade,” Messer Tehnogas AD, and others. Since 2021, he has also been actively involved as an external associate and part of the team at the law firm Guberina – Marinkov.
He has passed the mediator exam for resolving all types of disputes, obtained a certificate for disaster risk assessment and protection and rescue planning, and a certificate for risk assessment in the protection of persons, property, and operations – all integral parts of Mr. Čavić’s professional portfolio.
Mr. Čavić’s described education is complemented by responsibility, dedication, and communicativeness in his work, which has led to exceptional results over three years as an associate at the law firm Guberina – Marinkov.
