Prof. dr Veljko Milutinović, Of Counsel
Born in Belgrade. He completed his undergraduate law studies at the University of Essex and obtained a Master’s degree in EU law at the University of Bristol. He earned his doctorate in competition law at the European University Institute in Florence. His doctoral thesis was successfully published as a book, presenting a unique approach to competition law protection in civil litigation.
He has a diverse and extensive work experience. From an intern at the European Commission to an associate at the law firm Wolf Theiss, he has also held positions as an assistant professor and then as a professor of law, first at Megatrend University and then at Union-Nikola Tesla University, where he is currently an associate professor. He is the founder and owner of the consulting firm Solomon Consultants.
He has participated in and spoken at numerous international professional conferences and has lectured at specialized courses, including a course for EU judges in Brescia, Italy. He is the author of numerous articles on EU law and competition law. He was a member of the Board of the Kolarac Endowment.
He is a specialized advisor on issues of EU law, competition law, commercial and corporate law, as well as issues related to personal data protection.
